Appkiro provides browser-based tools for images, color, PDF, text, CSS, and everyday digital work. Many tools run directly in your browser, which means your inputs and generated outputs may stay on your device unless a tool clearly needs a network request or server-side processing.

When you use a tool, you may choose to provide files, images, text, URLs, color values, PDF documents, or other content. We use that content only to provide the tool result you requested.

For tools that can process data locally, Appkiro is designed to avoid uploading your files to our servers. For tools that need a server, proxy, or external request to function, the relevant data may be transmitted so the requested operation can be completed.

Do not upload confidential, regulated, or sensitive personal information unless you are comfortable with the specific tool workflow and the data it requires.

We use Google tag technology, including Google Ads conversion measurement, to understand page usage, measure advertising performance, and improve Appkiro. These services may use cookies or similar technologies and may collect information such as page views, browser details, approximate location, referring pages, and interaction events.

Google may process this information according to its own privacy policies and settings. You can manage ad personalization and related choices through your Google account and browser settings.

Appkiro may use cookies and local storage to remember interface preferences such as theme, sidebar state, and similar settings. These preferences help the app feel consistent between visits.

You can block or delete cookies and local storage through your browser. Some interface preferences may reset if you do so.

We use information to operate the website, provide tool results, maintain performance and reliability, understand usage trends, measure marketing effectiveness, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

We do not sell uploaded files or tool inputs. We do not use your private tool content to create public content on the website.

Some features may rely on third-party libraries, browser APIs, external network requests, or infrastructure providers. When a tool requests data from another website or service, that third party may receive information necessary to complete the request.

External services operate under their own privacy practices. Review those policies when you choose to use workflows that depend on them.

Browser-local data remains on your device until you clear it or the app overwrites it. Server logs, analytics data, and advertising measurement data may be retained by Appkiro or service providers for operational, security, analytics, and compliance purposes.

Temporary processing data, when used by a server-side workflow, should not be considered long-term storage for your files.

You can choose not to provide files or tool inputs, clear browser storage, block cookies, use browser privacy controls, and manage Google advertising settings.

If you have a privacy request about Appkiro, contact the site operator through the same channel where you received support or access to the service.

This section applies to the Kiwi Todo extension for Google Chrome, published by Appkiro. The website analytics and advertising measurement described above do not apply to the extension. Kiwi Todo does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal data.

Your tasks, projects, tags, reminders, focus-session history and backup snapshots are stored only on your computer, in the extension's IndexedDB database inside your Chrome profile. Settings, onboarding progress and focus-timer state are stored in Chrome's local extension storage. There is no account and no server, and the extension makes no network requests: it contains no analytics, advertising, crash reporting or remotely hosted code.

Kiwi Todo does not read the pages you visit or your browsing history. Only when you choose Add page, Add selection or Add link to Kiwi Todo from the right-click menu, or press the Save current page shortcut, does it save that page's title, address and any selected text into a new task. Chrome grants this access only for that single action (activeTab), and the part of the address after # is removed.

Permissions are used only for these purposes: storage saves your settings on the device; alarms schedules reminders and focus timers; notifications shows reminder and focus notifications; contextMenus adds the Add to Kiwi Todo menu items; activeTab reads the title and address of a page only when you save it as a task.

You can export, import or restore backups and delete all data at any time in Settings → Your data. Exported backup files are unencrypted JSON. Uninstalling the extension deletes all of its data from your computer. The use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Appkiro changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
